Tokenomics

Total Supply: 100,000,000,000 META
MetaCoin (META) is the native utility token of the MetaChain ecosystem. It serves as the foundational asset powering identity, access, rewards, and governance across Meta’s next-generation blockchain infrastructure. The token distribution model has been carefully architected to support sustainable growth, decentralization, and long-term value creation, while ensuring accessibility for early adopters and institutional participants.

Strategic Sale Structure
The Strategic Sale will be conducted over 10 distinct phases, each offering 1 billion META tokens at a predefined price.
Each phase will last for a maximum of 5 days, or until its allocated token supply is sold out — whichever comes first.
Once a phase ends, the price increases in the next phase and cannot be reversed.
All unsold tokens at the conclusion of the full sale will be permanently burned.

Supply Management and Scarcity Strategy
Capped Supply: The total supply of META is permanently fixed at 100 billion tokens. No additional tokens can be minted.
Strategic Burns: 40% of the total supply is allocated for manual and programmatic burning across a two-year horizon to promote scarcity.
Presale Unsold Burn: Any tokens remaining unsold after the strategic sale phases will be burned permanently.
Vesting & Lockups: Team and strategic allocations are subject to transparent vesting schedules to ensure alignment and prevent premature selling.
META Token Utility
META functions as the core economic unit across the MetaChain ecosystem and broader Meta technologies. It enables access, ownership, governance, and transactional interaction across Meta-powered platforms.
Key use cases include:
Decentralized digital identity: A unified token for secure login, verification, and identity rights across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, and more.
Creator monetization: Powering content monetization, tipping, and rewards across Meta’s social and streaming products.
Access to exclusive content and services: Including NFTs, metaverse experiences, digital collectibles, virtual land, and gated features.
Protocol governance: Holders can vote on MetaChain upgrades, treasury allocation, and policy decisions.
Ecosystem rewards: Incentivizing developers, validators, and users to contribute to the network.
Enterprise-grade integrations: Enabling smart contract use cases for brands, advertisers, and data platforms within the MetaChain architecture.
